Lunar Silver Star Story Touch App Reviews

75/25 chance of app crashing when I try to open menu. So I try to save constantly only to be crashing constantly due to need to open menu to save.

This is based off the PSV Harmony version. Would be rated higher if we could choose which songs/voice acting version we wanted in settings (Sega CD, PS1, PSV). Still have nostalgic nightmares of the trio of bosses at the end of the Sega CD version with no saving...

I love this game, it brings so much memories! Works great, albeit minor crashes here and there. Id give this port a 5-star if it wasnt for the opening sequence - its not the original song! - and if they release Eternal Blue! P.S. Totally unrelated but if they could bring A Thousand Arms to the iOS port, that would be great! :)

The voices and lyrics are different then the original game. I died a little inside when I heard the opening song and voices of Alex and Luna.

This is a classic game that I would recommend to any fan of classic turn based RPGs. However, it crashes all of the time on my iPhone 6. The touch screen controls can also take some getting used to, but being a turned base RPG its not that big of a deal. Its great to be able to play this on the go, but I cant rate this any higher with it crashing frequently :(

What can I say about this port of Lunar Silver Star Story that hasnt already been said? Great controls (havent had any issues), both Japanese and English audio tracks (even if not the Working Designs voices, which obviously couldnt be used), and awesome remixed soundtrack. Yes, I had some of the same issues with crashes and whatnot, but those have been few and far between during my experience. I wonder if ones iOS version plays a role in some of the problems? All that being said, thank you for bringing this game out to mobile platforms and giving people throughout the world yet another chance to experience such a wonderful and timeless classic. Oh yeah. I dont really need to say this, but you guys really should do a port of Eternal Blue! It would be a cash cow for your company! Keep up the good works, guys!

This is such a great game. I am so happy to see it available on the App Store. The only issue I had was with a game crash and I lost all of my data when I thought I had saved the game. That too is also a flash back to the yeolde playstation one era.

So I was playing the swamp level and it kept suspiciously crashing a lot more than usual. I had to beat 2 difficult bosses, one of them was by sheer luck and this is what I get? Dont get me wrong, the game is great. There is nothing wrong with gameplay. But I cant recommend something that will portentously ruin players experience. Until this gets fixed, Im gonna stick with FFIX.
