Lunar Silver Star Story Touch App Reviews

Was interested in finally giving this game a chance, but the current version is prone to crashes, doesnt display the visuals of cutscenes, and while the game itself displays well on an iPhone 6 screen, the blown-up menus give away that the game has not been properly updated in at least several months. I regret buying it.

But, it crashes when attempting to delete an old saved game, the path finding on the touch controls is horrible, and when youre forced to use the virtual joystick the movement is way too fast. Not to mention, the video when you first meet luna is black while the audio works. Great game wrapped in some poor transition to ios. Hopefully there will be an update soon, but its been 5 months since the last one, which is inexcusable given the work this needs.

Amazing game, but FREQUENTS crashes. Ex: every time I try to scroll thru Nells inventory on a Sell screen. Also, some cut scenes are just black with audio. I now save every 2-3 fights out of fear of the game crashing.

As previous posters mentioned - it does crash when you scroll through Nalls inventory so save often. however, the port overall was well done and good use of the virtual keyboard. If youve never played the PS version...but have experience with final fantasy...get this one. The story and characters are awesome

Really well done, a little hard to get used to the movement, but not beyond a measure of control!

Lunar was one of my favourite games as a teen, and although Ive played it countless times already it took me right back to those years. If you like classic jrpgs, this is for you. A note though, the graphics look much, much better when used vertically, and the control pad that appears in this orientation is much easier to use.

Weird it broke off. Anyways great game! Exactly like, if not better than, the ps version. What I especially love is how cheap it is compared to physicals copies you find nowadays. P.S- Now I have the hundredth comment, cool

Game crashes a lot but still fun to play.

All the charm of the original Sega CD version has been stripped away. Awesome soundtrack? gone. Amazing opening cinematic? gone. Original voice actors? gone. Crashes constantly on my iPhone 6+.

This is good. Like more good than okay. Three thumbs out of three thumbs. Serious though: great retro rpg. Must play for any fan

I played that game a hundred times in its previous version, like them this version is awesome (especially for the cheap price!!!)

If you do not have PSP or PS Vita (because this game was also rereleased in PSN), then this game is must buy for every JRPG fan. Great storyline, very good animation movies ans unique characters. Thougt sprites looks like little blurry on iPad big screen . And great thanks for original sound and english subtitles
