Terrible port

The game itself is great but the port on Ios is a desaster. Very clunky controls and the game random crash nonstop. Cant even play 5 min on my ipad air with latest ios without crash! Its a bad joke for this price!
I contact the support about this problem but they dont even answer my email...
I want my money back!
